Very good fragtance with an amazing smell, performance a bit dissapointing though

Try applying it on your clothes, beard and hair. It will preform much better. Usually on the skin it would get absorbed by your skin quickly, especially if a person has dry skin. We are glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for your feedback 🙂

I didn’t get the order I accidentally clicked delivered

We really apologise for the inconvenience, but I hope you understand that the issue is not from our side. The delivery company were not able to deliver the goods because you marked them as delivered as you mentioned by accident. with that being said, we still gave you a full refund despite the fact that the shipping company will still charge us $20 for your order. The only ones that have lost from this transaction is us. But, we don't mind as long as we ensure customer satisfaction. with all of that being said, don't you believe this review is unfair?
