At Al Kowthar Fragrance, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality oil-based perfumes. Below is our detailed refund, replacement, and return policy to ensure transparency and fairness.



1. Refund and Replacement Policy

We offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Proof of Damage: Customers must provide clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos or videos) within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damage Due to Customer Handling: Refunds or replacements will not be provided for damages caused by the customer after delivery.

 

Important Note: Refunds are not offered on discounted items. All sales of discounted products are final.



2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened and Unused Products: Due to the nature of oil-based perfumes, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Amount: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition:

We will issue a full refund, excluding the original shipping fee.

 

Important Note: Returns are not accepted for discounted items. All discounted sales are final.



3. Shipping Policy

We use UPS as our shipping provider, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Ireland & UK: Delivery is typically faster but averages 3–6 working days.

International Shipments: Estimated delivery is 5–6 working days, depending on the region.

 



4. Additional Information

Return Timeframe: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned.

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
